Fantastic Holiday
We have just returned from a fantastic time in Sri 😀Lanka. As a party of four ladies in or fast approaching our 60th birthdays, we were a bit sceptical about booking direct with a Sri Lankan tour operator, but I cant praise them enough. From start to finish, Shashini our tailor made tour executive was exceptional, we sent many emails changing our itinerary, as you can imagine trying to sort out four ladies is not always easy!! But Shashini replied promptly and nothing was too much trouble. This exceptional service was shown by all staff throughout our stay in the many hotels we stayed in. Shashini also arrived at our first hotel to welcome us. Our Guide/driver, Nuwan, was very experience and his English was excellent, explaining many thing as we went from place to place.
