I just wanted to say a huge thank you for helping to organise our wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka, after being back nearly a week we are still talking about our amazing holiday and missing the lovely country, people, food and weather!

All our accommodation and plans were perfect. Except for the error with the flight details, which was stressful at the time but it appears we all read the flight time wrong on the tickets.

Thank you for rearranging the pick up and hotel stay in Colombo for us also. We finally sorted out the bed situation! I was better prepared for our hotel in Nuwara Eliya when explaining our requirements, which they arranged perfectly.

The coach was very comfortable and the Driver, guide Zam and helper were all wonderful and very knowledgable. The boat trip in Mirissa was also very special – I did not realise that you had booked a catamaran boat for us – we were all expecting some sort of open boat trailer. Peter and his crew were fantastic we saw whale and dolphins – which pleased my younger daughter no end and made up for the sea sickness!

I will be taking sea sickness tablets on future trips!

Our villa was almost amazing and after meeting the director of Mosvold during our  stay I understand it is no longer managed by Jetwing. I have sent my feedback to the new Mosvold operation team. It was a perfect venue for us to all relax and unwind – and I have already been asked by friends and family who are interested in booking a tour like ourselves for all the details.

One thing I have learnt from the trip is that is does pay to plan well in advance and I am thrilled that together we created a trip of a lifetime for my family and friends. Our friends fell in love with Srilanka and it’s friendly people – even if we noticed service can be very laid back at times! I shall be in contact when passing on friends bookings to you, and I have promised to give some trip advisor reviews for Mosvold and Leopard trials in-particular – whose service on the safari was truly outstanding.

I look forward to our next trip to SL in 2017 we hope!

My wife and would like to thank you and Jetwing for making our holidays in Sri Lanka a success. It was especially thanks to the professionalism of the driver you provided, Mr Silva Sudharman, that our trip through the cultural triangle to Passakudah and back via the tea country was such a rewarding experience. Silva’s rich knowledge of local customs, fauna and flora made it especially enriching for us.

He offered ample suggestions for extra activities and most efficient travel planning and brought us to unexpected places, without ever been too pushy, leaving us ample room for decision-making. This, as well as his punctuality, courtesy, friendliness and driving skills were very much appreciated, and we would like to thank him again for that.

We hope that you will convey our message to him and to his superiors, in particular because we failed to fill out the Service Evaluation Form which he had handed to us at the outset of our trip.

This was our first trip to Sri Lanka and it will certainly not be our last!

Dear staff,
We ( Lithuanian group) visited Sri Lanka on March 10-21 this year. During the trip your firm was represented by Indika Herath (or Hezath). He was our guide.

Remembering the journey experienced warm feelings we decided to write comments on smoothly elapsed trip. Together with good weather and a desire to have a nice time it was nice how perfectly Indika organized all travel itineraries. The trip was so interesting that we were lazy to follow where we were going. But after returning home we noticed that all the descriptions of our trip were explored.

Very often Indika H. has been asking us whether we want to see the objects which were not included in our trip and the answer always was “yes.” We would like to note that Indika never was late.

In all circumstances (if the rain was going on or somewhere we were late) he manage our trip at its discretion, but we must to say that we visited all the objects. And it was very strange that he always smiled. During the trip we enjoyed hearing the stories about history, religious beliefs and other philosophical discussions about the lifestyle of local people.

Our group was small but he patiently worked with us.

Now, after we experienced all it, we can safely recommend this person to the other (not only from our country) tourist groups, and thereby also we would like to thank your company for the funny spend time in Sri Lanka.

Apologies for not sending this mail sooner!

I wish to thank you very very much for your arrangements during our trip to Sri Lanka.

The vehicle was good and comfortable and our driver Thissara was superb.

He not only drove well but even knew the perfect restaurants to take us to on the way on our trips between Galle and Bentota. His knowledge of the area and history of Sri Lanka made him a good guide too and stopped at the right places for photo opportunities!
He is truly an asset.

I will definitely be coming to Sri Lanka again and have already started recommending Jetwing to all my friends I speak to… I am also an avid contributor to Trip Advisor so will add my comments there too!
