Armed with skills in coding and graphic design from Aquinas College, he’s also a food lover and avid traveller who’s always ready to explore new horizons.

With a year of experience in the tourism industry, Jayani excels in managing reservations for Sri Lanka Tailor-Made (Audley, FIT & Other Agents). Holding a degree in Event, Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of Plymouth (2023), she brings a fresh, educated perspective to her role, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

With 11 years in the hospitality industry, Edridge Sam brings a wealth of experience to his role at Sri Lanka Tailor-Made. Beginning his career as a Tour Coordinator, he has adeptly managed various market segments across Europe. Specializing in sales, operations and business development, Sam excels in crisis management, delegation and handling diverse product modules, including MICE, incentive groups and sports groups.

With a wealth of experience spanning five years in the tourism industry, Chandima excels in assisting clients with their travel plans to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Currently a Tour Executive, Chandima handles FIT inquiries via websites, social media and referrals, showcasing remarkable attention to detail and exemplary time management skills. Holding a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality Management (2nd upper), Chandima’s professional achievements reflect dedication and expertise.

The youngest and most vibrant member of our team, Thuffain brings a unique blend of academic and hands on experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. With a strong background in handling diverse FIT inquiries across multiple channels, Thuffain excels in communication, teamwork and adaptability, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient service delivery.

A construction professional turned travel expert, Shane brings over seven years of passion and dedication to the Sri Lanka Tailor-Made Team. Shane excels in handling FIT and GIT bookings, ensuring memorable experiences for travellers worldwide with his exceptional communication skills and industry expertise.

Boasts 8 years in the hospitality industry. With a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Colombo and certifications from the Open University of Sri Lanka and SLIM, Zaeem excels in customer service, precise reservation management and adept multitasking.
