Kingsley’s Pearl is carefully designed to allow in natural light and the ocean breeze through its many open verandahs, halls and bedrooms. Time is unscheduled here. Lie in a hammock and let the rhythm of the waves put you to sleep; or recline in a Planter’s chair with a good book and a cup of Ceylon’s finest tea. The villa offers excellent value-for-money and is suitable for families and small groups.
Where is it?
Kingsley’s Pearl, a five-bedroom beach villa, is located in Thalpe, one of the beautiful small bays just to the south of Galle. The journey from Colombo will take approximately 2 hours by road or one could take the Air Taxi from Katunayake International Airport and fly to Koggala, which is a 15-minute drive away from the villa. The historic town of Galle is only 5km away. Unawatuna Beach, Mirissa Bay and Koggala Lake are also nearby.
